We worked a few years ago with Reservamos, a leading travel technology company in Latin America, to evolve the brand of its B2C marketplace for bus ticket reservations in Mexico. Over the years they developed a B2B SaaS unit focused on travel technology solutions. In this opportunity, they asked us to develop a distinct identity for its SaaS division, to scale and expand into new verticals while maintaining its connection to the parent brand. The challenge was to create a compelling positioning that would differentiate this business unit in the global SaaS landscape while reinforcing its credibility within the industry.
We crafted a clear value proposition that set Reserhub apart as an innovative, data-driven solution within the global travel technology ecosystem. The objective was to highlight its role in optimizing mobility through cutting-edge technology while ensuring alignment with Reservamos’ overarching mission.
To balance the parent brand’s recognition with a distinct identity for Reserhub, we developed a strategic sub-brand approach. The name Reserhub was created to reflect its role as a hub for travel technology solutions. A tailored visual identity was designed to enhance credibility with B2B audiences while maintaining synergy with Reservamos.
A structured plan was devised to ensure effective market penetration and engagement with target audiences. This included defining clear messaging and visual communication guidelines. By establishing a well-defined customer journey, we enabled Reserhub to connect with potential partners and accelerate business growth.
