Market Positioning

Infinigen faced the critical challenge of forming a new identity and corporate culture following its spin-off from Sonnedix. It was essential to motivate and unite the high-level team to maintain their performance and commitment. Additionally, the company needed to leverage the team's expertise and knowledge by providing a clear strategic vision and direction to channel their efforts and create a unique culture. We defined a brand strategy that leveraged Infinigen Renewables' path to position itself as industry experts and a significant player in the governmental goals of achieving 100% renewable energy for the island by 2050.

Marketing Execution

We defined a marketing strategy focused on connecting with and resonating among key industry players with a B2B focus, leveraging educational content and addressing media agendas by demystifying common beliefs associated with renewable energy while reinforcing key concepts and benefits.

How We Helped and/or Major Results

Scalto guided Infinigen through the brand creation process, proposing synthesized options for their golden circle and business ambition. This led to clear stakeholder identification and effective communication strategies. The project resulted in a strong new brand that united the team, a clear corporate culture, a new website, and a communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Significant achievements included the creation of a podcast strategy, a three-day photo session for content creation, and a brand ambassador strategy that positioned key team members as industry leaders. The project also saw increased social media engagement and recognition from industry peers for contributing to Puerto Rico's renewable energy goals.
